Our success depends on achieving a deep understanding of the challenges our customers and suppliers face and the complexities posed by the environments in which they operate.
James Fisher aims to understand and adapt to the changing needs of our customers and suppliers, while anticipating their future requirements and supporting their sustainability efforts.
In doing so and with the support of our supply chain, we can identify products and services to support them. We aim to establish trust-based relationships and deliver on shared goals by:
- Developing solutions and offerings that address current and anticipated customer needs
- Ensuring customers and suppliers share our values and are committed to operating responsibly
- Exceeding customer and supplier expectations for safety and integrity
- Supporting our customers in achieving their sustainability targets and influence our suppliers to set targets of their own
Our customers

James Fisher aims to build stronger customer relationships to better understand and resolve pain points, and foster collaboration towards value creation and shared success.
Our suppliers

Strong leadership is central to achieving supply chain excellence. As part of the Group's restructuring and our commitment to standardising best practices, strengthening supplier supplier engagement and ensuring a resilient supply chain, a Head of Group Supply Chain (SC) function is now established.
