How we support our apprentices

As an apprentice, you will be provided with a line manager as well as a mentor, who may or may not be the same person.

This is intended to ensure all apprentices get the most out of this experience as possible and feel supported when raising any concerns or queries.

Apprentices also have a training provider to develop necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to become a expert in their field.
