From day one, you’ll go into a real role with real responsibilities, giving you exposure to real-world projects and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. Over the course of the programme, you’ll have opportunities to explore different aspects of our business and will gain a strong understanding of how we operate. The knowledge you gain will be underpinned by a bespoke learning and development programme and a group-wide business project supported by senior leaders.
